Day 3 of looking back on my 2008 New Year's Resolutions.

# 3. Workout 2 times a week - Run, lift, play tennis, basketball...anything active. Walking Zambrano does NOT count.
Result: partial success...in other words, FAILURE!!!
January went well. February and March went horrible. April was ok. May through October went well. November and December stunk. (seven months good, one month ok, four months bad).
Keys to Failure:
-Cold Weather (disturbs my almost weekly tennis playing)
-People to play bball with
-Lack of Focus
This was the typical "get in shape/stay in shape" resolution, with mixed results.
